As-of-right six-unit multiplexes are currently limited to these wards. Open any ward for its available lots and unit potential:

Parkdale-High Park, Davenport, Spadina-Fort York, University-Rosedale, Toronto-St. Paul's, Toronto Centre, Toronto-Danforth, Beaches-East York, Scarborough North

Everywhere else: up to four units
